Abstract Preparation
      Contributions will be accepted for presentations based on quality and relevance of the submitted abstracts. A single-page abstract must be composed using the abstract template and provided guidelines. Ready abstract should be submitted as a doc or docx file. Deadline for abstract submission is July 25, 2023. If you want your abstract to be published in the abstract book, the fee payment has to be done by June 30 , 2023 (regular registration). 

Conference presentations
Two kinds of conference presentation are accepted: 

  • Oral Presentations - are the lectures given by specialists or young researchers, for ca. 20 min, on topics of their research areas. Only computer-aided presentations are supported. A PC (Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint, Pdf format) computer facility, including a multimedia projector, will be available. 
    Unfortunately, we have only a limited number of slots for oral presentations. Even if you choose an oral presentation, we cannot guarantee that you can give a lecture.

     
  • e - Posters - should be composed of the following sections: objective, introduction, experimental, results, conclusions of a research as well as references (a minimum number).

Conference language
      Official language of the conference is Polish and English. Abstracts and posters must be prepared in English. For oral presentations in Polish, the descriptions of diagrams and drawings should be in English.
