Abstract Preparation
      Contributions will be accepted for presentations based on quality and relevance of the submitted abstracts. A single-page abstract must be composed using the abstract template and provided guidelines. Ready abstract should be submitted at registration as a doc or docx file. No changes in submitted abstracts are possible. The abstract submission will be open February 1, 2018. Deadline for abstract submission is June 15, 2018. If you want your abstract to be published in the abstract book, the fee payment has to be done by June 30, 2018 (regular registration). 


Conference presentations
Two kinds of conference presentation are accepted: 

  • Oral Presentations 
    Oral presentations are the lectures given by specialists or young researchers, for ca. 20 min, on topics of their research areas. Only computer-aided presentations are supported. A PC (Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint, Pdf format) computer facility, including a multimedia projector, will be available. 
    Unfortunately, we have only a limited number of slots for oral presentations. Even if you choose an oral presentation, we cannot guarantee that you can give a lecture.
  • Posters
    Poster should be composed of the following sections: objective, introduction, experimental, results, conclusions of a research as well as references (a minimum number). The maximum size of a poster is A0: 1189 mm (height) and 841 mm (width).

Conference language
      Official language of the conference is English. Abstracts of oral presentations and posters must be prepared in English. It is acceptable to give an oral presentation in Polish, German or French, but the captions of all figures and pictures must be done in English. Posters have to be prepared in English.
